Today was just NOT my day...
Today was an all around crappy day.
Then class was over, the bus came quickly, I got a seat, and I thought it was getting better....
until I left my huge expensive textbook for my final that's in 5 day on the bus.

Nothing to do at work...
So I finished the last of what I was working on at work yesterday, and haven't been given any new tasks that take more than 20 minutes to complete.
This should be great, since finals are now less than a week away, but of course I'm wasting the time facebooking and reading blogs and the news... Ahhhh! What is my problem? The worst is that I know I'm going to hate myself for it this weekend!
Also - no call from the dude. WTF. If I don't hear from him in the next two days he is DEAD TO ME.

Facebook Ads are RUDE!
Okay... I'll admit to spending absurd amounts of time on Facebook ("the fez" or "the book" if you will), but the Advertising has gotten out of hand.
I understand, advertising is necessary, but some of these ads are just RUDE!
For example, this morning when I log in to facebook after checking my e-mail, the ad on the left hand side of the screen is a yellow sad face that says above it "Over 21 and Lonely?"
WTF?! Just because I am "SINGLE" doesn't mean that I am lonely! I'm quite content, thank you.
Another one that's been showing up a lot lately is "23? Depressed? Overweight?"
What?! First of all - no! But even if I was, that is NONE of your business facebook!!!
I feel a little better now that I've gotten that off my chest.

Mid-July already?!
Wow, has it seriously been that long?
Last week of summer school is looming, which means finals are WAY closer than I'd like... craaaaap.
I'm trying to get my life in order as we speak, but there is a Law and Order marathon on USA right now, so really, this could take a while.
As far as what's been going on since my last update - summer school, work, and lots of booze. There is possibly a new guy in my life... we'll see if it progresses past drunken hookups. Not that I'm complaining about those, but a sober dinner date every now and again would be nice too.
We'll see where that goes... when he left this morning he said "I'll call you later," so we'll seeeeee.
Now - read read read til my eyes fall out!
