Texas Bar Exam Day One -

Well, day one of the Texas Bar exam is over. AKA the seventh day I've taken a bar exam. HA HA HA.

Day 1 of Texas is only a half day... 90 minutes of MPT, 90 minutes of procedure and evidence. Not a big deal. Certainly not a big deal for a grown adult who is housebroken, right?

OH. MY. GOD.

Yall I swear to God I would not have believed this happen if I had not been there.

The guy in the row behind me apparently asked the proctor if he could get up to use the restroom when there were less than 15 minute left. You're not allowed to leave your seat during the last 15 minutes. If you have to go, go before then. Take 90 seconds, get up, and use the restroom. OKAY?!

So the proctor says no, you can't go.

Apparently ole guy behind me decides that if he's not going to be allowed to get up and use the restroom when he needs to go HE IS JUST GOING TO DUMP OUT THE ZIPLOC BAGGIE CONTAINING HIS PENS AND PENCILS AND WHIP HIS WIENER OUT AND PISS IN THE BAG.

Then he decided that he was going to leave anyway, screw the 15 minute rule. Because when time was called I looked back and he was gone, but the baggie of piss was still on the floor behind me.

OH.

MY.

GOD.

WHO DOES THAT?!

People. It is just a test. You are not being held captive by armed guards. Get up and use the restroom if it is that crucial.

Two more days.....

  6. I finished early day one and was standing outside when he came out and told us all about it, sorta. Said he was done and needed to go but the proctors said he had to write and sign the oath first. Just as he was finishing they called time and refused to let him go. He said he peed himself, didn't tell us about the bag. My friend--the one next to you that left day 3--told me about it. Then the next day he said he'd been put in a different room by himself.

I can understand BEING pissed, but not WHY he pissed. P.S. he wasn't from TX, went to Cooley
