Total case of the Mondays.
Last week was the last week of classes, and I don't have anything due until May 11th/May 14th (paper and a final) so obviously I'm going to be procrastinating until then. I'm just going to be working as much as possible between now and when Bar/Bri starts on May 24th and I become unemployed for the summer/year/rest of my life.
so... anything exciting going on in your neck of the woods?
This was exciting/annoying: My peripheral sorority sisters (you know, the girls from your pledge class that you were kind of friends with, but they weren't your besties) invited me to be in a book club, and then they "forgot" to tell me it was meeting, where it was meeting, etc. I found out about it via a twitter update.

I just started following your blog and feel your pain... I have one semester left of law school and my finals begin on Friday. You know how that goes. I spent all weekend writing briefs and papers that are due, and I have so much outlining to do this week I just don't know where to start. So I chosing to ignore it all and blog instead :)

ReplyDeleteI'm with you. I have 3 exams spanning 10 days and they do not start until FRIDAY. What a waste. Let me take them all right now so I can be relaxing by tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteit's rainy here in cleveland and finals are in a week so all of the lame law students i go to school with are panicked. me? i'm buying things online instead of paying attention in civil procedure and gchatting my girlfriends about the shitshow that was last weekend. my contracts finals is in like three days and all i know about contracts is something called "weird consideration".
i'm clearly the best law student of all time.
My Monday started out fabulously...severe headache, nose bleed...can it get any better?! Oh yeah, I had an entire weekend to study for my E&T final and got zero studying done.... And the last 3 days it has rained here. Ugh...
