It has been 3 weeks since my last Weigh-In Wednesday... and what a 3 weeks they have been.
I am sad to report that I gained 7 pounds in these three weeks.
The worst part? I still worked out all the time while I was home for Christmas.
So if anyone thought I was kidding when I said that I was a bottomless pit/gain weight like a linebacker - here is your proof.
Nonetheless, here are the stats:
Today: +7 pounds
Total since January 3, 2009: -13 pounds
I'm actually not too discouraged... unfortunately I expected this. I can tell how my clothes fit, and I know what I've been eating. (Garbage! a lot of it! oops).
So after I hit "Publish Post" I am off to Whole Foods to stock up on fruits and veggies, and then it's off to the gym. Because 4 weeks from tomorrow I'll be on my way to Honolulu, and I have 10 pounds to lose before then.
You have so much willpower, you won't have any problems shedding those +7 pounds and more!
ReplyDeleteOh girl I understand...I gained 8.5 lbs over the holiday & enjoyed every ounce of it. After just two days of eating like a human again & not drinking like a fish I'm down 2 lbs. You have the tools & great motivation to get back on track...Aloha !!!
ReplyDeleteYou can do it! The holidays are always hard.
ReplyDeleteGood luck love! Just like Christin said you can do it!!!!
ReplyDeleteGood Luck!!! You can definitely do it. If only weight were as easy to lose as it is to gain.
ReplyDeleteYou can do it! I've been eating light Progresso soups for lunch for the past 2 weeks, downing water like crazy and limiting my caffeinated/carbonated sugar high beverages to 1 a day as well as working out and I'm seeing the weight really shed off. I then finish with a well rounded dinner w/ small portions. Hope this helps you!

At least you got on the scale! I am FAR FAR too scared too. I can tell in my clothes. I can barely button my pants and I am not wearing big baggy dresses for NO REASON!
