I have blogged/tweeted about Kangoo before... it is a craaaaazy/hard/fun class that my trainer Mario teaches at a gym here in Chicago.
A couple of friends and I took the class tonight since it is was his last one before Mario leaves to move to NYC on December 1st (I don't wanna talk about it). He choreographed a routine to Lady GaGa's "Bad Romance".... it was SO fun.
He just uploaded the video to YouTube, and since someone always asks what it is whenever I tweet about it, here it is!
As one of my friends just said to me via gchat: "At the end when you guys just do goofy shit, I can totally recognize your moves." HA!
Can you guess which one is me?! Haha. It's pretttyyy obvious based on the hair/workout gear. :)
