Today's Trainer Session...

Had a good session with my trainer this afternoon. I love working out with him because he was my friend before he was my trainer, so we just gossip the whole time. I was having a crappy day today, didn't want to work out, and today was the day that he decided it was time to UP my weights. UGH! I was dying. At one point we were doing pendulum lunges with 10 pound weights (good-bye 5 pounders, I'll miss you!) and this conversation took place:

Me: "You're going to make me cry today!"
Mario the Trainer: "That's fine, I'll wipe your tears in between lunges.
Now KEEP GOING!!!"

Ha!
I'm leaving in the morning for Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the weekend to visit my brother and go to the Arkansas-Auburn game on Saturday. Go Hogs! Luckily they are moving to a new apartment in the morning, so I should be safe from any intruders!

I won't be posting this weekend, but you know I'll be tweeting all weekend! Follow me!
I'll! also! be! using! lots! of! exclamation! points!!!!!!! (sorry about that. yiiiikes)

XOXO

  5. I need a trainer like that! I always just go to the gym by myself and work out but after about 30 minutes I get tired, lose motivation and leave...not really all that effective...

  8. I think your blog is absolutely adorable - and don't worry about how long it takes you to lose the weight. I lost 55 pounds, but it took me three years!! Slow is the best way, because it's a whole life style change and it takes a long time to get adjusted!! I'm so proud of you!
