Best.Flight.Ever.

Greetings from Dublin!!!

As the title of this post indicates, we had the best flight EVER on the way over here.

I am travelling with one of my good guy friends from school to Dublin, and we are meeting up with the rest of our group on Saturday in Prague.

We met up at the apartment and went to Chilis, where I ate a cheeseburger for dinner and we both had a couple of beers before takeoff.

We got to the gate right as we were boarding and got to our seats.

We hung out during taxi and takeoff (my friend was sitting in the seat in front of me), then beverage service came around.

We were planning on ordering a cocktail to knock us out for the rest of the trip (which didn't work for me, which is a completely different post).
When the flight attendants came by one of them looked at me and goes "You live at Anonymous Chicago High Rise, right? With the big dog?"
Hahaha. I said yes that's me, you live there too?
And then he handed me two mini bottles of vodka and a can of tonic and said "it's no charge. It's the neighborly thing to do."

Ha! Awesome!! Thanks for the free drinks Elle!

But that's not it...

He brought me a first class travel pack that includes an eye mask, soft socks, burts bees lotion and chapstick, and some other goodies.

Then He came by again and gave us each two More free drinks!

Then he came back after dinner was served and gave me a BOTTLE of champagne and told us to enjoy it on our trip!
Ummm, yeah we will!!! Awesome.

As if that's not enough, he brought me a cheese plate from first class with several different yummy cheeses on it and crackers and grapes! Yummmm.
Then he brought me a souvenir American Airlines mug filled with Godiva chocolate!

Holy Moley I love my neighbor! Haha.
