I am currently sitting in the law school library and I am about to lose it.
Despite the fact that the undergrads have their own library (not to mention their own CAMPUS!) they feel the need to invade the law school library.
It's finals week, so of course the library is packed to begin with... I'm currently sitting across from a table of giggling undergrads with anatomy books in front of them. WHAT. THE. F. They are loud and obnoxious and taking up valuable table space, and really their general presence just annoys the crap out of me.
I am so not tolerant of things like undergrads in the law library as it is, but I am totally on edge right now trying to figure out what the hell is going on for my Constitutional Law exam... these kids are going to send me over the brink.
As I was bitching about this to my friend who goes to another law school, she sent me this link: People Who Deserve it.
This website is amazing.... I sent it to a couple of my friends and they're now convinced that I made this website in my spare time. I only wish that I was that clever.
As of right now - #1 on my list of people who deserve it : undergrads in the law library. #2 - the law student we so lovingly nicknamed "stompy walker" ... I think this guy has steel-heeled shoes, because the amount of noise he is able to generate when walking through the library is quite impressive. I'm going to punch him, and I won't feel bad, because he deserved it.
Alright - Rant over. I feel a little better now. Phew.
Back to Equal Protection.
best. website. ever.
ReplyDeletethank you for this.
I hope you make it through your studying and that if you choose to throw something, that it is very, very heavy.
ReplyDeleteBut mostly, I hope you choose to throw something. Sure it'd make some noise, but just think of how quiet it will be afterward.
Oh dear! I am new to your blog and LOVE it. I snapped a few weeks ago at a law-library-invader. She answered her phone! IN THE LIBRARY! I whipped my head around so fast and said "excuse me." Everyone at my table jumped ... and then giggled. Soooo embarrassing. I wouldn't recommend it. Stick to the evil eye and good luck with finals! Xoxo-BLC
